Alison Lupel joins the Restore Justice Illinois, a 501(c)(4), Board of Directors after a varied professional career that began as an attorney for the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office representing the best interests of abused and neglected children. While raising two children, Alison worked as a real estate broker and founded a successful high school mock trial program. She also served on the Board of Planned Parenthood of Illinois. For the past 10 years, Alison has been working in the tech industry, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Smokeball, a legal software company. Alison’s dedication to social justice led her to actively promote diversity on Smokeball’s DEI Counsel where she helped form a partnership between Smokeball and Restore Justice. Alison and her husband currently split their time between Chicago and St. Augustine, Florida.
